Who doesn’t want to be happy?

Who doesn’t want to live a life full of joy?
Everyone!
But, what you need to have a happy life?
A job, a great six figure income and good peoples around you, many people say!
But this is all crap. This is all shit.
Yes, you might need a job and income to live, but to live happily, it isn’t necessary at all.
These are all misconceptions given by many peoples all around the world.
Wait, this doesn't end here. There are very common misconceptions that you may have heard several times about how to live happily.
So, in this post, I will tell you about those misconceptions spread by peoples all over the internet, plus I will tell you what you really need to become happy.

3 Common Misconceptions About How to Have a Happy Life

1. You need to be rich.
misconceptions_about_how_to_have_happy_life
This is the most common and usual misconception spread by peoples all over the world.

If you want to be happy, then you should make a great six figure income.

Do you really think only having a great income will bring you happiness?

“Yes, you need money to live, but to live happily you didn’t really need it at all.”

Instead of spending your whole life to earn money, spend some time to enjoy the moment. The moment that money can’t buy.

You can spend your whole life, just to make money. But at the end, you will regret the time which you missed, those happy moments which you didn’t live.

You can make as much money as you want, but if you are making it just because someone tells you that it will make you happy, then my friend you are badly misguided.

You can live a happy life, just by living a minimalist lifestyle.

Joshua Becker the founder of Becoming Minimalist is a real life of example of living a happy life with minimalism.

2. You need good surrounding and peoples around you.

This is another misconception which I read and heard a lot of times.

If you want to be happy, surround yourself with good peoples.

This is the reason why most of the peoples become very dependent on others. They think if they have good surroundings they will be happy. (I think you can relate to this situation)

But have you ever think about those moments when you will be all alone?

Who will make you happy then!

“Instead of depending on others, be your own sunshine.”

Believe me, you didn’t need anyone to be happy. Try to enjoy your own company and be your own sunshine.

And never ever be dependent on other that they will make you happy. People will be going to leave you, some will start to hate you. But promise me that you will never give them a shit and always keep smiling.

If you really want to learn the art of not giving a f*ck, then here is my recommendation for you:

3. You need to achieve your goals to be happy.

Another a common and widely spread misconception of living a happy life.

Do you really think you could only be happy when you achieve your goals?

It might look confusing, so let me tell you with an example.

Let me tell about my goals.

I want to be a successful blogger. But that is not the way to happiness, that is my way to success.

If I start to think that when I will become a successful blogger, then I don't have to work hard on my blog and can live a peaceful life, then I am totally wrong.

Why?

Because if I really want to be a successful blogger, if I really want to be on the top, then I continuously have to work hard.

Because

“The greater level you achieve, the more stress, tension and hard work will come.”

So, instead of thinking that only achieving your goals can make you happy, start to enjoy your daily life.

Happiness can get from small things, we just have to change the way we see.

Conclusion:

*You didn’t really need to be rich, famous to be happy. You just need a happy mindset. A mind which can see the happiness in every small thing.

*You didn’t really need anyone to be happy. Ignore everyone, and just start enjoying your own company. F*ck the world and live the life you wanted to live.

*Become a minimalist and be happy by owing less.

And the most important doesn’t care what the world thinks about you. Do not care what they say about you. Do not try to impress other. And never give the key to your happiness to anyone.

Just be you, do what you love and do what makes you happy.

If you too know any of the misconceptions that I forgot to tell you can tell that by writing down your comment below.
