How to Live a Positive Happy Life: Distance Yourself from Negative People
“A positive mind lead to a positive life.” -Manish Kumar
We live in an era where being positive is a great challenge. Why? Because everyone is surrounded by negative people, negative minds and many more.
So, the question is how you can live positively and happily?
There are many ways which you can do to cut off the negativity from your life. and today in this post I am going to talk about a single thing which will be going to help you a lot to live happily and positively.
So, what is it?
It is cutting off the negative people from your life. Distance yourself from negative minds.
But how can you do it?
Over the past, I have realized that living alone is far better than having more negative people surround us. And in the past I have many negative people surround me. But over the years I discovered some ways which help me to get out from their company and believe me, living alone is the best decision I have ever made.
So, here are my 3 ways which help me to distance myself from the negative peoples and small minds and hope these will work for you too.
1. Realize that living alone is not a bad thing.
This is what I realize later and I wish to know it earlier. In the past, I thought that becoming more social is the only thing which can make me happy. I wanted to make as many friends as I can make.
But now I realized that living alone and enjoying my own company is best.
Why?
Whenever I make new friends, I expect so much from them and in my hard times, I realized that no one is behind me. The only person who is along with me is no one else, but “myself”.
I didn’t say that your friends will be going to do the same, but I am just saying that why should depend upon others! Why should you depend upon others when all you need is within yourself!
Don’t be afraid to live alone, just be smart enough to stay away from negative and fake people. This world is full of them.
2. Be your own sunshine.
The reason why I keep looking for new friends in the past is I thought to be happy I need them. And I think you can too relate it.
But would you believe me if I said it is totally wrong?
Believe me or not, but this true. You didn’t need anyone to live happily, all the happiness is inside us.
I still remember the day when I realized this small thing and from that day to now, I have become happier than ever.
How? Because I didn’t depend upon others. I didn’t need anyone to make me happy. All my happiness is inside me and I can use that anytime I want.
It doesn’t matter I have someone with me or not! I still gonna smile. This is what you too need to learn and to realize. You too didn’t need anyone to make you happy.
“Instead of depending upon others, try to be your own sunshine.” -Manish Kumar
3. Be strong.
“Living alone has a great power only few can handle.” -Manish Kumar
You must prepare yourself and your mind to face he tough situations in your life alone. You must have to be strong enough to face all the situations.
If you became weak, you’ll again look up for the people for helping you.
Believe me or not, but in this world, no one will be going to help you. And one day all will leave.
So, why should depend upon others? Be strong enough to face problems alone. Be strong enough to put a smile on your face even the in worse situation.
“Head up, stay strong, fake a smile and move on.”
Be a one-man army. You didn’t need anyone to help you, to make you happy. You just need yourself and believe in yourself.
Just think once that, after some years what will you tell your child, that you were so weak in your past, or you want to tell them that you were so strong. You have no one behind you, but still you shine.
Always remember, world doesn’t going to change by your opinions or words, it will change by your example.
So, be a great example.
Now it’s your turn:
I have told you whatever I learn in past and how this change my life. Now it’s your turn. It’s time for actions.
If you really want to be happy, then you must learn how to live alone. No matter how many people you have around yourself. One day they all will going to leave.
“People changes whenever they meet new people and forget the old ones.”
Don’t be a fool, you didn’t need anyone to make you happy. You are your own sunshine.
