How to Improve Your Mood Right Now: 3 Effective Tips
No matter how happy your day is going. It doesn’t matter how good your day started with. Very little things can ruin your mood anytime, anywhere.
What should you do if something bad happens to you and that ruin your mood badly? Is this the end of your happy day? Do you have to wait or aim for a better day?
(I think you may relate these queries to your own life.)
This what I have struggled a lot in my past.
But as per the year passes I found ways to become more productive and to live happily.
Here are some things and tricks which I do to cut off the negativity and to improve my mood.
1. Focus on what you have instead of thinking about what you lose
The simplest and most common trick which I use is I focus and appreciate things which I have instead of thinking what I lose or what I didn’t have.
I saw many people ruin their mood just by thinking about the thing which they don’t have.
It is just like you wanted an iPhone X but didn’t have any money to buy it.
Instead of doing these creepy things, just focus on what you have. Focus on the small things which you have.
You have a roof over your head, enough meal to not to strive, good friends.
Always keep it in mind that, “Things which you have, maybe someone just dream to have only those.”
“Happiness is just a state of mind. It's just according to the way you look at the things. ” -Walt Disney
It’s just like focus on the positive instead of negativity. I always say that there is always something good in every situation.
You just have to look beyond the negativities.
“You have to go through the rain to see the rainbow.”

2. Listen to good music.
For me personally, no other thing can beat the relaxation of listening to good music.
Sometimes it’s better to spend some time alone and listen to music instead of talking about the shit with people.
Talking about the shit to people don’t go to give you anything instead of just waste of your time and energy.
Whereas, music helps to heal your mood.
It is too proven by scientist that listening to good music in the bad time or in bad mood can help a person to improve his mood and it makes him feel better.
A small nap and good music, nothing can beat it.
Personally, I feel very relaxed and it also gives me some time to think about myself and about my life.
Take a break from your busy life and some time along with yourself. Talk to yourself, think about yourself, about your life. It will help to improve your mood.
3. Give your mind another direction.
This is something I do when my mood is in worse condition. I distract myself from another work. It allows me to forget that thing and after a while, I completely forget that.
“Our mind can easily be distracted, so distract it in the right direction.” -Manish Kumar
Our mind is a like a small child, who can easily be distracted from a work to another. As a child takes very much time to be controlled, our mind takes too.
So, here is a trick.
Instead of trying to controlling your mind, you can simply distract it in a right direction. And as per the time will pass, you will be going to master the art of controlling your mind.
“One who can control his mind can achieve anything.” -Manish Kumar
So, whenever you feel negative or your mood just feel off, simply just find a work and force yourself to do that. After a while, you will notice that you completely forget that thing which was dragging you down.
