Many of us say ‘yes’ while other says ‘no.’

This one question is for all, are you want to maximize your happiness and live in it forever?

1.     Satisfaction.


As it comes to happiness satisfaction matters a lot.

Now you might be thinking that how, how satisfaction matters in happiness? Let me tell you with an example.

There were two boys, one belongs to a rich class family and the other belongs to lower class family. So one day their father gifted them a phone. The rich class boy didn’t like that because he might need some another expensive phone, so what did he do? He returns it to his father angrily. He rejected that gift.  

Where the middle-class boy received the same phone from his father. What did he do? He feels very happy and also thankful to his father. He accepts the gift happily.

So what did happen there? They both got the same phone, so why one reject it and others accept it and become happy?

 It is because of their satisfaction. The middle-class boy satisfied with what he has, whether the rich class boy needs more and more.

So now it may have clear to you that satisfaction matters a lot in happiness.

The more satisfied you are, the happier you are.



2.     Respect what you have.


I see in my locality that people who have a big house, luxury car, well job aren’t that happy, as compared to a middle-class man.

So why this happen?

I see that those who have everything don’t value the things. Where those who can’t afford everything realize the real value of things. Because those who don’t have all, know the struggle to achieve them. Whether some has just got it from their ancestors for free.

The curse of greed can ruin your happiness totally. Try to avoid it and respect what you have.

3.     Stop Overthinking.


Overthinking, I am talking about it every time because it is that one thing which stops us from doing something good. It is that one thing that drags us down. It is that one thing which keeps negativity in us.

I have already talked about this. How one can stop it and stay positive and happy.

4.     Find happiness in small things.


It’s not only the great or big achievements that can give us happiness. We can get happiness from some little thing, some small things or achievements.

Now you might be thinking that what are these small things or achievements which we didn’t know?

Actually, these are those things which are present all around us but only some people see them. These small things can be anything. It may be hanging out with friends, it may be seeing your parents smile because of you, it may be talking with that one person whom you love. As I say, it can be anything. It depends on us, on our vision, what we choose the see.

5.     Stay away from Negativity.


We must allow only positive vibes, positive thoughts in our mind, in our life.

6.     More Work, Fewer Expectations.


This simple rule can make you happy at many moments. If you do something for someone, do not expect the same or more from him in back.

May he return you more or may you don’t get anything in return.

So adopt this rule for yourself, it will make you happier.



7.     Never Lose Hope.


The strongest people are created in the darkest hours.

Everyone faces failure, everyone faces dark moments. But it depends on what to choose. Whether we can choose to give up, or whether we can choose to keep working hard, never lose hope and achieve our dreams, our aim.

Those who didn’t lose hope in the darkest moments are the strongest and happiest people in the world.

Instead of losing hope, work consistently, work hard. Believe me, you will feel happier and motivated.

8.     Give time to yourself.


Don’t forget yourself in this world.

This is the biggest mistake that peoples do. We try to impress others and in it, we forget our personality, we lose our self-respect.

So do not try to impress others, be yourself. Create your own style. Let others like you in the way what you are exactly, instead of being fake.

And the most important, respect yourself. If you wouldn’t respect yourself, then why should others do.



10. Find out the Good.


Everything and everyone have something good in them. It’s our choice what to choose. Whether we can choose the evil to ruin our happiness, or whether we can choose the good to make our life happier.

This simple thinking will make your life happier than ever.

11. Don’t look for Perfection.


Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. It means you have decided to look beyond the imperfections
